  RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. We had an appointment for our kids with these docs and the day before they called and left a message for us to call them. We did and they confirmed our appointment and told us we should be there before a certain time. We got their and were told our appointment had been cancelled. That is when the rudeness began. Instead of apologizing for not telling us yesterday that the appointment was cancelled, they told us "Well that happens". I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism they showed us. Thank god they switched us to another doctor because if I had to deal with people again it would not be pretty. I would have given them no stars if it let me. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE

  Once they actually answer their phone and you schedule an appointment for a physical exam, one would think it’s free of charge with the new laws in place as well as the office staff confirming an annual physical exam has no co-pay, and will not cost anything. However, during that exam, once they go off topic about something other than the physical exam, it’s a charge, and no one advises you of this, you simply get a $35 bill in the mail. You call the billing department to find out why you were charged a $35 fee for a physical that was supposed to be free; they say “they can’t talk about it, only the office that provided the care can explain". You call the office and they don't pick up their phone when you have a question about a bill and once you get a hold of someone, they pass you over to the branch manager, Michelle, who is not available to talk. You leave her 3 messages and no return call. Meanwhile you’re stuck with another letter coming in the mail saying you’re past due 60 days. They have no issues taking money. These crooks knew what they were doing when they made that referral. I am disgruntled and will never go back, NEVER EVER AGAIN - EVER.

  Horrible patient service in the front office. Every time we came here, we were seen 30-60 minutes post our appointment time. Doctors are nice, but the front office staff is terribly rude when we ask when we'll be seen because we're already 30 minutes behind schedule. My daughter is 6 months old and we found a new doctor.
