- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The billing dept is terrible. I never received a bill, phone call or mail correspondence but was sent to collections two days ago on a $71 bill!! The collection agency called me two days after they got the bill and got through to me. I did move so understand that I may not have received bills but both of my numbers I supplied them work. Travonna and Christine weren't willing to help me when I callled because it was already sent to collections. I've NEVeR had a late payment on anything in my life and actually called them before I moved to make sure I was paid up!!
