  Guys, if you need medical attention I advise that you visit Loma Linda Hospital instead of this one. My boyfriend had a really bad pain inside his body, when we came to this location they said he was perfectly fine. We'll that wasn't the case, we needed professional help so we went to loma linda and told us he had the shingles and gave him his meds quickly!

  If I could give negative stars I would. My mother went there about a week or so ago for a lung biopsy. The staff was extremely rude and uncaring. No one seemed to know what was going on. One nurse would tell her to lay on her back. The doctor would yell at the nurse No No No I told her to stay in her side. They left my mom on a cold hard table for 2 hours! My mom weighs only 90 pounds. She kept telling them she was in pain and they would yell at her to stay still. This place and its employees should ALL have their licenses revoked. How dare they treat an ill 77 year old woman so badly and disrespectful. This place is disgusting. She was there 5 hours to have a 10 minute test done. In the end they didn’t even do the biopsy correctly. She needs to have another one done. The doctor kept hitting her ribs with the needle. Horrible horrible place. If possible DO NOT go there! I will continue to fight her insurance company until they let her go elsewhere.

  Took my son in with abdominal pain we were in a room and seen a doc in under an hour. The triage nurse, was great and very kind to my son. The nurse Elizabeth was also kind, she explained things clearly and took time to answer my questions. Kathleen the tech was great and friendly with my son. Dr. Goy took my sons complaint seriously, he was kind and made the efforts to keep us updated and was even able to diagnose my sons stomach ache, unlike the urgent care we went to who simply gave us a scrip for Immodium AD for the 1 runny stool I told them about. No one looked at my son as if he were faking (being a teenager there on a school day. ) they treated us with respect and kindness, even staff that were just passing offered to get me coffee. Also a shout out to the CT techs who cracked jokes with my son to lighten the mood. Ive been to this hospital in the past and not had the greatest experiences but the staff today was on their game and just good people so I thought id mention it. Thanks again all of you!

  I visited my grandmother in icu and was horrified by the nurses. I was trying to find out if she was allowed to have water or ice. The two nurses kept telling me that they had to ask "her nurse" which was not where to be found. The nurses that were there were arguing very loudly about who was/wasn't doing their jobs. And...They put boxes and a step stool blocking her doorway. Anyone who has visited icu knows that people aren't supposed to block doorways, let alone stuff. Moved her to another hospital... Thanks God.
