  So, I went in to Sun City Dentistry for the first time a little over a month ago. I went thru the regular check up and ex-rays. The receptionist came back to tell me the "good and bad news". Despite the fact that I had dental insurance, it was still going to cost me approximately 850 dollars for a cleaning and to have a crown installed on a lower left molar. I pulled out my benefits book and ask her to explain to me the costs associated with the repair work they wanted to perform. It didn't take long to realize she was lying when she started stuttering and stammering and couldn't answer my questions suitably, according to my benefits book. She kept telling me there were hidden fees not explained in my book. After going 'round with her for several minutes, I simply told her I was leaving. I got up and walked out. I promptly call my insurance company and told them what had happened. They verified that she was lying about the hidden fees and that it shouldn't cost anywhere near what she was quoting me... Today. I went to the Crossing Dental Group in Perris. I got all of the work done that I needed for only 75 dollars. Dr. Thomas didn't try to up sell me. He as very personal and accommodating. He gave me options and let me make the final decisions. So, instead of trying to sell me a crown, we had a feeling installed... After my teeth cleaning, I even got the irrigation performed for free. Sun City Dentistry was going to charge me 90 dollars for the same irrigation. The bottom line is this. Don't go to Sun City Dentistry. They are liars and crooks.

  This was the first dentist my daughter seen in 2016 after moving to Sun City and he was the worse. He did not want to answer questions, and basically ignored us. Trying to get copies of all the paper work and xray from them is like pulling teeth. I would not recommend this office to my worse enemy
